TGSEB Black peppercorns KAPPAD Black Gold
These peppers are grown and harvested in a plantation in the Western Ghats, the mountains which dominate the Malabar Coast in the south-west of India.
The lianas in the plantations grow on living supports - areca and ylang-ylang trees and coconut palms in an environment where nature rules.
Broken branches and leaves are left on the ground to retain moisture and regenerate the soil.
There are no chemicals used - fertilisers are natural and pesticides are prohibited. The corns are dried naturally in the sun and then meticulously sorted so only the best are kept.
Our perfect combination : to be used conventionally as with other black peppers, but on your best pieces of meat.
